Job Summary
Registered Nurse leading clinical excellence in an aged-care setting, guiding and supervising a team, ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored; provide proactive, person-centric care, communicate with residents and families, and participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- NZQA level 7 (e.g. bachelor’s degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma)
- A current practicing certificate
- Flexibility to pick up different shifts
- Team leadership skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Good customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills
- Alignment with our values and purpose
- Experience in Palliative Care, Dementia, and InterRAI is preferred but not essential
