Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) surveys and conducts certification reviews of long-term care facilities and Intermediate Care Facilities, with potential involvement in surveys at psychiatric residential treatment facilities. Responsibilities include assessing patient health, monitoring vital signs, documenting progress, administering medications per orders, developing and updating care plans, educating patients and families, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Requires SMQT certification and AR RN licensure; role governed by state/federal laws and agency policies. Strong nursing knowledge, clinical assessment, safe medication administration, communication, and time-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
