Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Antepartum, Day Shift (Full Time, 36 hours/week) in Evanston, IL. Delivers safe and compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans; performs patient assessment and data collection, communicates care plans to patient/family and interdisciplinary team, and educates patients/families based on individual learning needs. Collaborates with nurses, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes. May float to the postpartum unit. Requires IL nursing licensure and BLS/CPR; BSN strongly preferred; 2 years antepartum or acute care nursing experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL
- Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required from the American Heart Association
- Experience: 2 years Antepartum or acute care nursing experience strongly preferred
