Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and support fellow staff with complex patient needs. This role emphasizes ongoing education and utilization of evidence-based practices to drive positive patient outcomes, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
