Job Summary
Provide supervised care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support individualized recovery goals, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for staff while leveraging technology to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
