Registered Nurse Anderson Mill Freestanding ER

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Anderson Mill Freestanding ER, assessing pain regularly and performing procedures as ordered by medical providers. Document all care administration in patient medical records promptly and teach patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes. Serve as an advocate for patients and families while anticipating needs to resolve issues proactively. Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days, Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days, and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 18 months of employment start date. This role supports St. David's Emergency Center, part of HCA Healthcare, which provides comprehensive acute care including pediatric emergency services and Level IV maternal facilities.
