Registered Nurse Anderson Mill Freestanding ER

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse in the Anderson Mill Freestanding Emergency Department. In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, the RN delivers individualized, comprehensive care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” Responsibilities include assessing pain, performing procedures and documentation, responding to patient needs, and educating patients/families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures. Requires an Associate Degree and RN licensure, with ACLS, ENPC, NIH Stroke Scale, and TNCC/EMPNC certifications pursued within stated timeframes. The role supports professional practice councils and nursing initiatives within HCA Healthcare.
