Job Summary
Monitor patient conditions, assess needs, and provide high-quality nursing care with minimal supervision while strictly following health and safety guidelines. Educate patients and families on prevention methods and healthy habits, and administer routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and injections. Collaborate with physicians to devise individualized care plans, perform COVID-19 PCR and rapid tests, and provide instant emergency medical care. Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants to foster a supportive environment. Requires a B.Sc or diploma, valid nursing license, and proven experience in emergency care and sanitation protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.)
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
- B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program
- A valid nursing license
