Registered Nurse - Ambulatory (Pediatrics - Per diem)

Conduct patient interviews, assess gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and neurological health status, and adjust care plans accordingly. Administer medications safely, perform grade I-IV decubitus care, and apply aseptic techniques for dressings and irrigations. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate treatments, delegate assignments, and implement discharge planning. Document patient outcomes, psychosocial status, and treatment responses accurately while providing education to patients and families. Requires a current New York State RN license with a BSN within five years; previous pediatrics experience highly preferred.
