Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Orthopaedics - Stratham Location - Full Time **New Practice Opening Late Fall** -

Delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex, utilizing the nursing process to create a therapeutic environment. Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomes, involving patients and families in goal setting and planning. Communicates the plan of care to colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings while identifying areas for improvement based on current evidence. Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing critical thinking skills consistent with the Elliot Hospital Interprofessional Practice model. Requires a BSN, New Hampshire RN license, and BLS certification. Full-time day shift from 8 am to 5 pm.
