Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Immediate Care of Southern NH - Per Diem - Foundation Medical Partners

Assist providers with rooming patients, taking vitals, triage, and calling in scripts while carrying out the nursing process across in-person, telephone, and telehealth modalities. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, and collect specimens within scope. Collaborate with physicians and physician assistants to design and implement care plans, then educate patients on self-management, medications, nutrition, and wellness. Requires current NH RN certification, BLS/CPR training, and healthcare experience; Epic experience is a plus. Work 9am-7pm weekdays and 9am-6pm weekends as needed.
