Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care Supervisor

Oversee daily operations of the Family Practice - Aur department, including staffing, workflow implementation, and input on policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Provide direct nursing leadership, staff development, patient care, and advocacy while performing RN duties to assess patient health, respond to interventions, and offer education that improves self-management skills. Support continuous quality improvement efforts to ensure high-quality care and service progress. This role requires a current RN license with BCLS certification, two years of nursing experience in a related specialty or ambulatory setting, and demonstrates leadership ability. Schedule is a day rotation from 0800 to 1700 with no call obligation.
