Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while teaching needs via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Coordinate care for patients based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- 18 months professional nursing experience
