Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide quality nursing care across various clinical settings including cardiac, critical care, dialysis, emergency, infusion, pediatrics, surgical, women's services, and business units. Maintain current RN licensure in Georgia or NLC/eNLC multistate license, along with BCLS certification. Complete specialty-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP within 180 days of start date as applicable to the assigned unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS Certification
- CDN (Certified Dialysis Certificate)
- PALS Certification
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Program
- NICU
- NAT (Newborn Admission Team)
- Nursery
- PreOp/PACU/ENDO/CSU - ACLS
- BLS
