Job Summary
Lead patient care delivery by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans that adhere to clinical standards and safety protocols. Advocate for patient outcomes by serving as the primary coordinator across all clinical disciplines to ensure seamless care. Drive clinical excellence by accurately executing physician and nursing orders while documenting the patient's journey for high-quality record-keeping. Empower patient transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe recovery. This role requires a Licensed Registered Nurse with BLS certification and a diploma from an accredited nursing program. Schedule includes day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 5:00am to 2:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire
