Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate their recovery while collaborating with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Full-time nights available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Certified Rehab Registered Nurse positions also available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
