Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns while providing direct patient care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to understand their unique needs and facilitate their recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and serve as a resource for fellow staff supporting complex patient needs. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Full-time nights available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
