Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns and facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs, while collaborating effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries, celebrating milestones achieved by patients. This Certified Rehab Registered Nurse role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nights, with preferred qualifications including CRRN certification and one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
