Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families by understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient support when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients. Full-time nights position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available; Certified Rehab Registered Nurse role also open.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
