Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address patient concerns while building meaningful relationships with families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care, serve as a resource for fellow staff on complex patient needs, and celebrate milestones achieved by patients. This Certified Rehab Registered Nurse position offers a full-time role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, including benefits such as tuition reimbursement, a matching 401(k), and flexible spending accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
