Registered Nurse (Allergy)

Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients, distribute medications, and document vital signs while preparing individuals for provider exams. Perform diagnostic testing including EKGs, audiograms, and visual screenings, and manage vaccine ordering, usage monitoring, and reportable documentation. Assess physical, social, and emotional needs, counsel families on disease prevention, and follow up on lab results, appointments, and referrals. Monitor medical supply inventory, assist with sigmoidoscopy and cardiac stress testing setup, and call pharmacy for prescription refills. Adhere to company policies and attend holiday shifts as required.
