Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive client assessments, approve care plans, and implement rehabilitative strategies while monitoring and administering oral medications or injections. Coordinate medical needs, order and review physician-prescribed medications, and write progress notes, summaries, and discharge documentation. Participate in weekly team meetings, perform competency evaluations for direct care staff, and report significant incidents or health hazards to proper authorities. Maintain nursing, pharmacy, and infection control policies while assisting with assigned nursing budgets. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing or RN from an accredited program, valid driver's license, and insurance. Full-time role with a salary range of $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Holds a bachelor's degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an RN from an accredited two-year program
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
