Registered Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physicians' orders and plan of care. Administer and monitor medication as prescribed, conduct nursing assessments, and document all actions while informing physicians and families. Supervise caregivers involved in the client's plan of care, completing supervisory visits for compliance reviews and competency assessments. Implement nursing support in home settings, ensure adherence to physician verbal orders and medical reports, and follow operational, state, and regulatory policies. Work with directors or supervisors to address individual health needs and participate in staff meetings and training as required.
