Registered Nurse

Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plan of care. Administer and monitor medications as prescribed, conduct nursing assessments, and document all actions while informing physicians and families. Supervise caregivers involved in the client's plan of care, perform supervisory visits to review competency and documentation, and ensure compliance with state regulations and operational policies. Collaborate with directors and supervisors to address individual health needs and participate in staff meetings. Maintain confidentiality and follow verbal orders and medical reports accurately.
