Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plans of care. Administer and monitor medications as prescribed, conduct nursing assessments, and document all actions while informing physicians and families. Supervise caregivers involved in client plans, perform supervisory visits to review care plans and caregiver competency, and ensure compliance with state regulations and operational policies. Work with nursing supervisors and managers to address individual health needs and participate in staff meetings. Maintain full compliance with physician verbal orders and medical reports.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operation
- CPR professional certification
- Capable of working independently with highly confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of nursing experience preferred
