Registered Nurse- All Shifts

Plan, direct, implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care for a specific unit during assigned shifts. Receive shift reports to ensure all pertinent resident information is obtained. Continuously evaluate resident behavior, symptoms, reactions, and progress while discussing findings with the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse. Administer and document all medications per established policies, physician orders, and Department of Health regulations. Perform prescribed treatments and discuss discontinuation or changes in medication regimens with leadership. Order medications, notify the pharmacy of discontinued treatments, and verify accuracy of dosages upon receipt. Requires current NY State Registered Nurse License with an Associate Degree (BSN preferred).
