Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes following individualized care plans. Monitor and assess patient health, document progress, and report changes to the care team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while educating clients and families on health management. Collaborate with the care team to ensure best outcomes and maintain accurate, timely records of all care provided. This role requires at least one year of nursing experience and a valid Georgia RN license.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
