Registered Nurse - ALF

As a Registered Nurse - ALF, you will direct nursing care to residents and oversee the daily activities of certified nursing assistants. Responsibilities include assessing changes in residents’ health status, administering medications, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will also participate in resident admissions, discharges, and care planning, promote holistic resident care, lead nursing personnel, and manage incidents and complaints. Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
