Job Summary
Provide administrative oversight of agency operations, including regulatory compliance, personnel coordination, and quality assurance. Conduct client assessments and reassessments while performing required supervisory visits to caregivers. Verify caregiver competency, review service documentation, and address client-care concerns with families. Maintain compliance with North Carolina home-care requirements. Complete supervisory reports and manage remote administrative tasks where applicable. Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
- Must meet applicable North Carolina qualifications to serve as an Agency Director for a licensed home care agency providing in-home aide services
- Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
- Follows through

- Takes ownership of their responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
