Registered Nurse - AgeCare Mount Royal

Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at AgeCare Mount Royal, you will provide direct resident care and medication administration, document care in line with regulatory and internal standards, and support residents with complex, changing care needs. You will perform restricted activities authorized for RNs/RPNs under the Health Professionals Act, apply complex care interventions as situations evolve, and communicate with families during urgent or emergent events. You will also mentor other nursing staff, assess residents' needs, and contribute to a compassionate, team-based care environment. A valid RN license in the applicable province is required, with VPS screening within 6 months. Relocation bonus up to $10,000 is offered to support eligible relocation to Calgary, AB.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in applicable Province/State
- Experience working with seniors
- Education and experience in gerontology/rehabilitation/long term care an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking

- Ability to delegate to unregulated care providers
- VPS within 6 months
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills
