Job Summary
The RN provides professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, supervises Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers, coordinates nursing and other services within the neighbourhood, liaises with physicians and health care partners, promptly communicates changes in resident status, administers medications and treatments per procedures, leads shift reports, ensures accurate documentation, initiates incident reports when needed, and supports staff with first aid as required. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and active registration; offers competitive salary with benefits and growth opportunities across AgeCare communities in Alberta, BC, and Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensure/registration with provincial registry
