Job Summary
Registered Nurse with aesthetic training provided to own the full patient journey from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care in a high-volume aesthetic clinic. Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conduct consultations; design individualized treatment plans; document in a digital EMR; collaborate with Care Coordinators and Location Directors to maintain a seamless clinic floor. Requires RN license, weekend/evening availability, and ability to work across multiple locations within a 30-mile radius. Full-time hours (~36-40 hrs/week) with base pay $40/hr plus $5/hr weekend differential; comprehensive benefits and growth paths include leadership training and regional trainer roles.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) or 2+ years in aesthetics practice (TRACK B)
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day
- Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius
