Job Summary
Registered Nurse providing aesthetic dermatology care, including laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments. Full clinical ownership from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. Build patient trust and relationships, conduct consultations, design individualized treatment plans, document accurately in a fully digital EMR, and collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to maintain a seamless clinic floor. Operate in a high-volume setting across multiple locations, with weekend/evening shifts and a focus on staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine through ongoing training and exposure to FDA-cleared technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care experience (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) OR 2+ years in aesthetics background (TRACK B)
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment (15-25 patients/day)
- Ability to work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius
