Job Summary
Registered Nurse in aesthetic dermatology providing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; responsible for the full clinical journey from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up and long-term results; duties include consultations, design of individualized treatment plans, accurate documentation, and collaboration with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors; strong emphasis on patient relationships, high-volume clinic experience, and ongoing training with potential for advancement to Lead Nurse and Regional Clinical Trainer roles.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg)
- Willingness to build aesthetics skills with full training provided
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work in a high-volume clinic treating 15-25 patients per day
- Able to work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius (North Bethesda)
