Job Summary
Registered Nurse responsible for the full clinical journey from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up in a high-volume aesthetic dermatology clinic. You will perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, conduct consultations, design individualized treatment plans, document accurately in a fully digital EMR, and collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to maintain a seamless clinic floor. The role includes building lasting patient relationships, contributing to a patient book, and participating in comprehensive hands-on training with clear advancement paths into leadership/trainer roles. Weekend availability is required; work spans up to 3 locations within a 30-mile radius. Training provided to build aesthetics skills and stay at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) OR 2+ years in aesthetics practice (Track B)
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day
- Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius
- Full-time hours (approx. 36–40 hrs/week)
- Experience with laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments (training provided)
- Professional, dependable, and patient-centered
- EMR experience with a digital charting system
