Job Summary
Registered Nurse Advocate providing in-home client advocacy and medical support for seniors. Serve as main point of contact, visit clients in their homes to assess needs, conduct medical analysis, help manage medications, oversee home health and home care providers, and accompany clients to doctor visits. Requires an active Ohio RN license and 10 years of nursing experience (prefer ICU, geriatrics, hospice, or home health). Flexible full-time schedule with mileage reimbursement, PTO, and time-and-a-half pay. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills, plus proficiency with EMR and MS Office. This role supports independent living, health navigation, and safety for seniors, under Trinity Aging Life Advisors.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree and active Ohio license to practice as a Registered Nurse
- 10 years’ experience in nursing, with prior ICU, Geriatrics, Hospice, or Home Health experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 10 years’ nursing experience (ICU, Geriatrics, Hospice, or Home Health preferred)
- Active Ohio RN license
- BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Solid MS Office skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
