Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while recording and communicating patient conditions. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Work full-time night shifts at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
