Registered Nurse - Adult/Psych - Swedish Hospital - Day Shift

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining competency reflective of current standards. Integrates evidence-based practice and research findings into daily care, promotes safety measures to prevent injuries, and guides staff in the provision of patient services. Recognizes and adjusts to varying situations, maintains a safe therapeutic environment, and completes documentation thoroughly and timely. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requires current Illinois Nursing licensure, CPR certification, and preferably one year of staff nurse experience with prior psych experience strongly preferred. Day shift rotation from 7:00am to 7:00pm with rotating holidays and weekends.
