Job Summary
Implement and evolve individualized care plans that respond to the unique behavioral and physical needs of each adult patient. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff to ensure clinical alignment for safe treatment. Monitor and document shifts in patient condition to enable timely medical intervention. Execute physician and nursing directives with precision while facilitating successful community transitions through discharge team collaboration. Requires Registered Nurse licensure from the Kansas Board of Nursing, BLS certification within 30 days, and a night-shift full-time schedule at Ascension Via Christi St Joseph in Wichita, KS.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification for BLS
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
