PRN Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville (Weaver Tower). Responsibilities include providing patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation), organizing and supervising care by supportive personnel, coordinating with ancillary services, and involving patients/families in developing individualized care plans. Educate patients and families about the disease process and plan of care. Serve as patient advocate and provide care for medical, surgical, or other conditions, including chronic illnesses and minor injuries.
