Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adults in behavioral health; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized plans of care; actively engage patients and families in education and support; coordinate care and allocate resources to meet goals; ensure documentation, adherence to licensure, and priority of care during a 72-hour rotation with a night shift, and potential day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified. *Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025.
