Job Summary
Perform comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to guide holistic patient recovery and design individualized care pathways aligned with treatment team goals. Lead group therapy sessions and implement evidence-based interventions to facilitate therapeutic breakthroughs and empower healthy coping mechanisms. Advocate as a clinical expert in multidisciplinary conferences to influence treatment evolution and monitor patient responses for real-time care strategy adjustments. Hold an active, unrestricted Kansas RN license and BLS certification. Night-shift full-time position at Ascension Via Christi St Joseph in Wichita, KS.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current, unrestricted license in the state of practice
