Job Summary
Per diem/PRN Registered Nurse Adolescent Clinical Research (CMRN) performing mobile visits for adolescents aged 12+, including physical assessments, phlebotomy, IV injections of Investigational Product, site reaction assessments, vital signs, ECG, and urine tests. Collaborates with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and ensure accurate source documentation. Must hold an RN license with current credentials in practice state(s); CPR and TB testing current. Requires driving to participant visits; driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state requirements. On-the-job training provided; strong communication, observational, and problem-solving skills required. Preferred: GCP training, multilingual abilities, and participation in PCM's general staffing pool.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an RN
- Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing phlebotomy/peripheral blood draw, IVs, and subcutaneous injections
- One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
- CPR certification (current)
- Current TB test
- Excellent observational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle as needed
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
