Registered Nurse, Admissions Home Health

Conduct head-to-toe assessments, triage urgent clinical situations, and manage medication reconciliation for acute and post-acute patients in the home setting. Perform comprehensive wound care, provide teaching, and maintain point-of-care documentation while prioritizing a dynamic visit schedule. Work independently to make real-time clinical decisions for CHF, COPD, wound care, and IV therapy cases. Requires a current Pennsylvania nursing license, one year of recent hands-on medical experience in acute or home health, and ability to adapt to varied environments. Competitive weekly pay ranges from $55-$65 per point with flexible scheduling and paid training.
