Job Summary
Coordinate daily operations with leadership to ensure clinical objectives and quality patient care for assigned ministries. Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff while contributing to performance evaluations. Serve as a resource to the team, manage patient flow within assigned areas, and provide coordination for emergencies. Open and lead incident command for internal or external disasters until relieved by an administrative representative. Evaluate patient care effectiveness, address complaints through established channels, and provide input for hiring, training, and staff development. Maintain a constant state of alertness while performing other duties as assigned. This role supports WI-Waupkin Memorial Hospital's nursing administration department.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Two years' registered nurse experience, with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility
