Registered Nurse - Administrative Supervisor

Coordinate hospital-wide daily operations and lead staffing and patient flow under the leadership team to ensure implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care for assigned ministries. Serve as a resource to staff, evaluate patient care effectiveness, respond to complaints, and manage incidents including opening and leading incident command during internal or external disasters. Collaborate with nursing, providers, RT, and ancillary teams; participate in hiring, training, directing, developing and evaluating staff; maintain readiness for high-pressure situations; and support continuous improvement in operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
