Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse Admin House Supervisor, provide house-wide direction and supervision during a designated shift and participate as an active member of the nursing management team. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while directing all house-wide functions in conjunction with hospital administration. Requires Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and 5+ years of clinical experience; ACSL/BLS/NIH Stroke Scale and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within specified timeframes. No travel; role emphasizes staffing support, supervision, and coordination with leadership to maintain safe, high-quality care in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Preferred)
- 5 + years’ experience in clinical practice (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
