Registered Nurse

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer medications, monitor patients for reactions, and record vital signs while reporting symptoms or condition changes. Coordinate with healthcare team members to evaluate care plans and modify treatments based on patient responses. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Prepare patients for examinations and ensure sterile instruments and supplies are stocked. Comply with all state requirements and facility policies. Active Virginia license required with one year of corrections experience. Rate is $47/hr for a 26-week contract starting ASAP.
