Job Summary
Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their homes per plan of care and company policies. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and intervening using the nursing process; observing and reporting changes in patient condition; administering treatments and medications; teaching patients/caregivers self-care; notifying case manager, physicians, and families of changes; supervising LPN and Home Health Aide activities; maintaining documentation and confidentiality; coordinating with healthcare team; ensuring HIPAA compliance; maintaining regular attendance and flexibility to meet agency needs. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure
- Licensed as an RN in the state of practice
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance
