REGISTERED NURSE ACUTE REHAB

Plan, provide, and direct patient care and teaching for a 15-bed acute rehab unit treating patients with hip fractures, CVAs, and other debilities. Utilize the nursing process to deliver care appropriate to specific chronological age, developmental age, and psycho-social maturity. Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and families while collaborating with other healthcare members. Assist in the orientation process of new personnel and participate in health center and department committees. This opportunity is open to both RN and LPN candidates, with new grads welcome to apply.
